Where we ship
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Due to different customs policies and local conditions, shipping services may vary by country to help get your package to you as quickly as possible.
Order processing time
We usually take 3-5 working days to process and ship your order after we receive it.
Once your package is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the shipping date, not the order date. Delays can happen due to invalid addresses, customs clearance, or other reasons beyond our control.
Order processing schedule
We process and ship orders on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (excluding public holidays, GMT-5 time zone).
Quality check: Before shipping, we inspect each item again to make sure it’s in good condition.
Order verification: Occasionally, our system flags orders for manual review (for example, to prevent fraud). This can take up to 5 business days. If your order is under review, we’ll process it as quickly as possible. You can check your order status using the tracking link we send you.

Delivery delays
Sometimes shipping takes longer than usual – for example, during busy seasons, holidays, or due to customs delays. We’re working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
We appreciate your patience. If there’s a significant delay, please reach out to us and we’ll see what we can do to make things right.
Import duties & taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees when it arrives in your country. These extra charges are not included in our shipping fee.
Who pays? The recipient is responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or fees. DHL, FedEx, EMS, SF-Express, or your local customs office will contact you directly if payment is required.
We have no control over these charges. Different countries have different rules, so we can’t predict exactly what you might be charged. Please check with your local customs office if you want to know more.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
- Check with neighbors or around your property
- Contact your local post office or courier
- Wait 2-3 more days – sometimes packages are marked “delivered” early
